The person that was helping me (Sarah) was really kind and helpful. She explained the process and assured me that it was normal to be nervous. She was bringing me everything I needed and was overall an amazing person.

The staff on tropical bay are professional and outstanding so good with all the children and very good with parents.

Toilet at one stage was not cleaned for 3 days. No sleep for 3 'days' due to another patient staff did try to help provided earplugs. Lack of supplies for work to be completed.

Nothing the government should be better for the NHS, nurses etc.

Make sure cleaners understand when a patient wounds privacy, they should leave when asked too.
